Suzanna holds a PhD in Psychological Science from Montana State University where she studied the social and emotional development of children, adolescents, and emerging adults, with a focus on how sleep impacts development. She brings over a decade of experience in basic and applied psychology. Her work integrates quantitative and qualitative methods, provides data-driven technical assistance for public health initiatives, and draws on her experience as a university instructor. Originally from Virginia, Suzanna earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her partner and dogs, or napping with her cat.
