Molly Neu
Research and Business Operations Manager
With a passion for public health, Molly began her career in local public health after a year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Her diverse roles in public health included managing a successful cancer screening program, developing innovative worksite wellness programs for local businesses, and collaborating on training and education curricula to enhance staff knowledge. Molly’s impactful work extended beyond local initiatives, as she partnered with Montana DPHHS on critical projects such as patient navigation and data cleanup for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screenings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Molly showcased her leadership by overseeing case investigation and contact tracing for the county.
Molly’s journey at JG has been one of continuous growth. Initially joining as a Program and Engagement Specialist, her role has evolved into Research and Business Operations Manager. In this capacity, she actively contributes to enhancing internal systems and functions, showcasing her skills in collaboration, coordination, project management, and problem-solving.
Molly grew up in Missoula and received a BS in Health and Human Performance, focused on Community Health and Prevention Sciences from the University of Montana. In 2023, she completed a dual master’s degree in public health and public administration from the University of Montana. She currently resides in Kalispell. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, and dog hiking and exploring the Flathead Valley.
